In this fun hands on workshop you will learn the basic knots used in macramé and take away your very own wall hanging or pot hanger hand made by you. You’ll also take away written instructions on what knots you’ve learnt, and where to source rope in NZ for your next project.
Info: Once you’ve secured your spot we’ll be in touch closer to the date to provide any further info, in the meantime browse our Workshop FAQ’s (coming soon) for answers to those niggling questions.
The Artist: My name is Marcia, I'm a self taught Macrame Artist. I work under the business name Composed Confusion, it was thought up as an inside joke to describe the way I work and live, but I thought it was apt, so it's stuck.
My passion is Macrame design, each wall hanging and pot plant holder is hand knotted by me, using natural fibers to create beautiful and unique art pieces for your home.
If you’re looking for me you'll often find me hanging out with my two dogs Hugo and Oscar at the beach, foraging for driftwood, shells and dried flora to make every piece created a piece of art for you to love.
